Enjoy this holiday afternoon to learn how to make delicious pastry with sweet potatoes and almonds.
Almond and sweet potatoes are ingredients of excellence in the Algarve's food heritage, with a presence marked both in old recipes and in more contemporary innovations. Here they are combine to prepare these small pastry, where the special touch of Paula Santos in the interpretation of this regional Algarve recipe.
At the end, you can taste the prepared pastries, accompanied by tea of aromatic plants and still carry a box with half a dozen pastries.

Biographical Note: The facilitator of this workshop has extensive experience in the preparation of regional sweets from the Algarve, as well as other delicacies. Over the years, she learned and perfected her skills through constant experimentation, inspired by traditional recipes and products, but also by using different ingredients and exploring new combinations.
Part of their gastronomic knowledge is also a result of their family and professional relationships.
